Yes. The hinge bar and piston ring set are the headline wear items on Kinney KT (and KC) rotary piston pumps, and we hold them as continuous UK stock for KT-150 through KT-850. Both genuine Kinney and OEM-equivalent options are available.

Both are rotary piston pumps with similar internal architecture; both are workhorses for dirty heavy-industrial duty. The Kinney KT uses three cams/pistons in parallel on a common shaft ("triplex" design), giving smoother operation and balanced loading at higher displacements. The Stokes Microvac uses single or twin-piston configurations. Service routines (oil change, ring + hinge bar replacement) are similar.

Yes — single and double mechanical seals (API plan compatible) for the entire KLRC range from KLRC-40 through KLRC-525. Mechanical seal failure is the most common KLRC failure mode, especially on chemical-duty service. We can supply the seal alone or with the impeller if there's also erosion damage.

Yes. KMBD timing gear sets, rotor service kits, bearings, and gear sump oils are stocked for KMBD-400, KMBD-850, KMBD-1600, KMBD-2000, and KMBD-3200 boosters. Annual gear-oil change is the standard preventative maintenance; rotor service is typically only required after a process upset or extended service life.

Yes. We stock service kits including main bearings, shaft seals, temperature-control fluid, and screw rotor cleaning consumables for SDV-040 through SDV-400. Coking from process by-products is the most common SDV service issue; rotor cleaning is part of the standard maintenance routine.

They are the same product range. Tuthill Corporation owned the business from 1996 until December 2020, when Ingersoll Rand completed the $184m acquisition. The business is now branded MD-Kinney within Ingersoll Rand, but retains the historical Kinney® and M-D Pneumatics® product brand names. Older equipment may still be branded "Tuthill" or "Kinney" only — the spares are the same family.

Yes. Pre-Tuthill Kinney KS rotary piston pumps (1970s/80s installations) and KMSD oil-sealed piston pumps remain in service in many UK food-processing and metallurgy plants. We hold piston rings, hinge bars, oils, and gasket sets for these legacy models — these parts are increasingly difficult to source elsewhere.
