Yes. We stock the full range of TRIVAC B service kits from D4B through D65B. Both minor service kits (vanes, seals, filters, gaskets, exhaust valve plates) and major overhaul kits (additionally including bearings and shaft seal assemblies) are available from stock.

Leybold recommends an initial oil change after 100 hours of running, then every 2,000–3,000 hours or annually for clean-gas duty. A minor service (vanes, seals, filters) is typically required every 8,000–16,000 hours depending on duty cycle and process gas. We can advise on the correct kit for your service interval.

We stock the complete Leybold oil range: LVO 100 (standard mineral oil for clean roughing), LVO 120 (for higher-temperature applications), LVO 130, plus genuine Fomblin PFPE oil for chemically aggressive duty (semiconductor, oxygen-rich processes). Available in 1L, 5L, and 20L containers.

Yes. Leybold has revised part numbering over the years, particularly across the TRIVAC and SOGEVAC ranges. Send us your current Leybold part number, model, and serial number and we will identify the correct current-spec replacement and any upgraded equivalents.

The two most common failure modes are vane wear (typically at 10,000–16,000 running hours, signalled by reduced pumping speed or higher ultimate pressure), and a slow oil leak at the drive-end shaft seal. Both are addressed by a minor service kit; Leybold's own service guide notes that the shaft seal is straightforward to replace as a routine repair.
