Next Day UK Mainland Delivery

On-Site Vacuum Pump Service

VacPumpSpares engineers travel to your site across the UK for routine servicing, breakdown intervention, and performance testing of vacuum pumps you can't afford to remove from production. Our team includes 22 international service engineers with over 25 years of industry experience — priority attendance for production-down situations, scheduled visits for planned maintenance.

What is on-site service?

On-site vacuum pump service is a planned or breakdown intervention carried out by a service engineer at the customer's facility, typically including condition inspection, performance testing, oil and filter changes, vane wear measurement, and minor repairs without removing the pump from its production installation.

Response time

Priority attendance for production-down on UK mainland; scheduled service booked around engineer availability.

Standards
  • Manufacturer-spec service procedures
  • ISO 9001 quality management
  • NSF H1 food-grade lubricants available where required
What's included

What you get with on-site service

Pre-service performance test

Ultimate vacuum, pumping speed, and noise / vibration baseline before any work, so the improvement is measurable.

Oil and filter change

Drain, flush where needed, refill with manufacturer-spec or NSF H1 food-grade oil. Exhaust mist filter and oil filter renewed.

Vane / sealing inspection

Vane wear measured against service limits per the OEM manual. Shaft seals and gas-ballast valve checked for leaks.

Minor repairs

Vane replacement, seal kits, gas-ballast service, exhaust valve refurbishment, anti-suckback valve replacement on the customer's premises.

Post-service report

Written service report with measured pumping speed, ultimate vacuum, parts replaced, oil grade fitted, and recommended next service date.

Spares left on-site (optional)

Recommended consumable kits left in the customer's stores for future in-house service or emergency.

How it works

From booking to handover

  1. 1

    1. Booking

Tell us the pump make, model, serial number, and location. We confirm engineer availability — production-down calls are prioritised, with routine and multi-pump campaigns scheduled around engineer availability.

  2. 2

    2. Arrival and condition assessment

Engineer arrives with the relevant service kit, measures baseline performance, and reviews any specific concerns with site personnel.

  3. 3

    3. Service work

Service performed in line with manufacturer guidance and the agreed scope. If additional issues are found beyond the original scope, we agree any extra work with you before proceeding.

  4. 4

    4. Performance verification

Pumping speed and ultimate vacuum re-measured to confirm the service has restored performance.

  5. 5

    5. Report and follow-up

Written report issued, recommended next service date confirmed, and any additional spares quoted if needed.
